I have been unable to post comments to the Google docs due to work demands. I will endeavor to provide them ahead of the Kobe meeting and so they may be considered as possible.

My apologies – work interferes with work.

Subject: [Gnso-rpm-trademark] ICANN64: RPM Trademark Claims Sub Team Meetings 10-11 March 2019

Dear RPM Trademark Claims Sub Team members,

Following the Sub Team meeting this week, the next Sub Team meetings will be at ICANN64 in Kobe, with remote participation provided as usual. There is no Sub Team meeting next week to avoid conflicting with travel to ICANN64. Per the attached timeline, during today’s meeting on 27 February at 17:00 UTC, the Sub Team is expected to finish its analysis of the remaining previously collected data sources as well as the additional data sources to determine if they may help to answer the Trademark Claims charter questions.

Please see below the schedule of RPM PDP Working Group (WG) and Sub Team meetings at ICANN64. In particular, please note that the Sub Team will provide a progress report on its analysis of previously collected data and additional data to the full WG in session 1 at ICANN64, and turn to the development of preliminary recommendations in Session 4. (The Sunrise Sub Team will use Sessions 2 and 3 for its development of preliminary recommendations.) The Summary Tables/Reports of the Sub Team’s analysis will be provided to the Sub Team to review along with draft slides for the presentation to the WG.

Let us know if you have any questions concerning the upcoming schedule.

Best,
Mary, Ariel, Berry, and Julie
