Please see below the action items and notes captured by staff from the RPM Trademark Claims Sub Team meeting held on 27 February 2019 (17:00-18:00 UTC).  Staff have posted to the wiki space the action items and notes.  Please note that these are high-level notes and are not meant as a substitute for the recording, chat room, or transcript. ACTIONS & NOTES:

 Actions:

  1.  Analysis of previously collected data and additional data:
     *   Staff will open the Google docs until 05:00 UTC Thursday, 28 February (24:00 EST 27 February);
     *   WG members may provide comments on whether the additional data as reflected in the Google docs helps to helps to answer the Sunrise Charter questions, or not (for example agreeing with, or disagreeing with, the submitter of the additional data).
  2.  ICANN64 Planning:
     *   Staff will produce a draft Summary Table/Report and presentation slides for the Sub Team Co-Chairs to review;
     *   Following that review, staff will send the draft Summary Table/Report and presentation slides to the Sub Team to review for inaccuracies or omissions. Members should note inaccuracies or omissions, if any, on the mailing list by COB Thursday, 07 March;
     *   Staff will incorporate revisions and send the final Summary Table/Report and presentation slides to the full WG in advance of the discussion on Sunday, 10 March at ICANN64.

Notes:

  1.  Updates to Statements of Interest (SOIs): No updates provided.
  2.  Re: Previously collected data and additional data sources, staff will open the Google docs until 05:00 UTC Thursday, 28 February (24:00 EST 27 February);.
  3.  Re: additional data sources and Question 1(b): The full answer to this Claims charter question may be affected by the outcome of the TMCH discussions (i.e. breadth of entries recorded in the TMCH affects number of Claims Notices and possible effects therefrom).
