Hello Kathy,

The number inside the parentheses indicate the number of respondents that checked a given answer. The number outside the parentheses indicate the number of trademark recorded in the TMCH that a company/organization submitted Proof of Use in order to participate in Sunrise.

For example, 2-5 (12) means 12 trademark & brand owner respondents each submitted Proof of Use for 2-5 trademarks that they recorded in the TMCH in order to take part in Sunrise.

We note that Claims Charter Q2 is a follow-up of Claims Charter Q1 (Q2 starts with “If the answers to Claims Charter Question 1(a) is “no” or 1(b) is “yes”…) and there are only two relatively shorter comments in the worksheet. Claims Charter Q3 worksheet has many more comments than Q2. Our thought is that proceeding with Q2 after Q1 may help the sub team progress faster, but again, we will defer to the sub team.

Quick question for Ariel and Julie, I seem to recall we were working on Actual Registrant and Potential Registrant issues -- and remember discussing Claims Charter Question 1 and previewing Claims Charter Question 3 below.

Claims Charter Question 2 is a different set of issues. Perhaps we should start with Questions 1 and 3 tomorrow (Wed), and move to Question 2 afterwards?
