Dear Trademark Claims Sub Team members,

Staff have locked the google docs by the deadline and they are currently ‘view’ only. New input/comments that have not yet been discussed by the Sub are colored in GREEN (note: Sub Team comments captured by staff during last week’s meeting are also colored in green). All google docs have new input/comments. PDF versions of the google docs are also attached.

Please be so kind to read all the documents in preparation for the meeting tomorrow.

Sub Team Homework:
By Tuesday, 22 January 2019 at 17:00 UTC, the Trademark Claims Sub Team is tasked to provide further input, if any, in the Google Docs set up for all Claims Charter Questions:

Instruction:

  *   Except for most sub questions of Claims Charter Question 4, all the other Claims Charter Questions were directly included in Analysis Group’s development of the surveys. Staff included some of the tab/cell reference to the Survey Analysis Tool<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1aBw-dW2gBzvBfhUgl3u6ShWlPZt0yyNF-Vs1qmUuIjg/edit?usp=sharing> that contains survey data relevant to answering those questions. They are nonexclusive and please feel free to reference the other tabs/cells and check survey results that may help answer these Charter questions.
  *   When providing input, please note your name and tab title/cell number (if applicable) as reflected in the Survey Analysis Tool.
  *   Staff will incorporate notes/comments captured during today’s call in the Google Docs.

  *   By the deadline, the Google Docs will be locked to prevent further editing and their PDFs will be circulated to the Sub Team. Staff will accept and indicate the new input in the Google Doc for the ease of viewing.
