[Gnso-rpm-trademark] Update of Status Check Doc/Slides re: TM Claims Sub Team: ICANN65 Preparation and Meeting Details

Dear TM Claims Sub Team members,

Rebecca Tushnet has suggested a minor, but helpful, clarification to the answer to Charter questions 2(d).  It is the Co-Chair’s view that the suggested change actually better reflects the Sub Team’s discussion and agreement.

The original answer was, “Some Sub Team members believe that some TLDs, not including legacy TLDs, should be exempt from the Claims RPM.” But she pointed out that for clarity, there was no proposal to extend Claims to legacy TLDs, so that language should not be included.  Here is her suggested revised language, “Some Sub Team members believe that some future TLDs should be exempt from the Claims RPM.”  (The remaining language in the answer doesn’t change.)

This change is reflected in the attached revised Status Check document and slides.
