Hello again everybody,

It’s come to our attention that several members have sent emails to the list that have not gone through. We are sorry for the inconvenience and any confusion this problem may have caused.

We have raised the issue with our IT Department, and received the following information – due to heightened concerns over phishing, new security measures have been added to the various mailing lists. These do not cause issues for all subscribers but affect some only. Apparently, whether or not you are affected depends on your mailing set up and if you are using a Mac or a PC.

We are not able to offer a complete “fix” right now, as that would compromise security levels. However a work around is being considered. Policy staff is working with our IT and Security teams to try to find a way to help as soon as possible.

Here is how you can help:
If you do not see your email on the public mailing list (but had sent it to the full Working Group), please email gnso-secs at icann.org with details of your email set up and type of computer so that we have as much information as possible for our IT colleagues.

Thanks and cheers
Mary
