[gnso-rpm-wg] Proposed agenda for webinar/meeting on 27 April

Dear Working Group Members and Observers,

As announced previously, the call scheduled for Wednesday 27 April at 1700 UTC will be open to both Members and Observers as it is being run as a webinar/discussion session covering important scoping documents that frame this Policy Development Process.

The proposed agenda for this call is as follows:

  1.  Welcome and overview of purpose of the meeting (J Scott Evans)
  2.  Roll call/reminder to Members to create/update Statement of Interest (J Scott)
  3.  Presentation outlining scope of Working Group Charter and GNSO Final Issue Report (ICANN staff)
  4.  Discussion/Q&A (co-chairs to lead)
  5.  Update on work of the New gTLD Subsequent Procedures Working Group (Phil Corwin)
  6.  Meeting scheduling and other administrative matters (Phil)
  7.  Next meeting / next steps

Thank you. We hope that many Members and Observers will be able to attend the call, even though we know the time is not convenient for all. As noted previously by Phil, this specific meeting and time is not indicative of the schedule for future Working Group meetings, for which an update will be provided by Kathy, J Scott and Phil shortly. Please note also that, as with all Working Group sessions, this call will be recorded and transcribed, and all materials posted online for your review following the call.
