RPM Review WG Members:

On behalf of myself as well as Kathy and J Scott, I want to advise you that  last week the Co-Chairs reluctantly took the unanimous action of removing a WG Member and placing then in Observer status. This was a last resort action, but the Member in question received both private and public warnings and was given every opportunity to conform behavior, yet continued to engage in disruptive conduct that elicited complaints and concerns from many other WG members.

Such actions are rare and the Co-Chairs sincerely hope that nothing similar is required for the duration of this WG.

The proposed agenda for the next Working Group Members’ call, scheduled for Wednesday 8 June at 1600 UTC, is as follows:

1. Roll call (via Adobe Connect and phone bridge only) and updates to Statements of Interest
2. Confirm members and task list for TMCH Data-Gathering Sub Team
3. Staff briefing on Trademark PDDRP
4. Agree on questions for the Trademark PDDRP providers
5. Next steps / next meeting
