Colleagues,

 

I am also a US attorney who works with the .CLUB registry.  My SOI can be
found at https://community.icann.org/display/gnsosoi/Jonathan+Frost+SOI.

 

I find it very encouraging that the participants so far view UDRP as a
balancing act that has to be fair to everyone involved, including the rights
holder, the domain owner, and the operational viability for the
infrastructure and arbitration providers.

 

I also look forward to working with all of you.
