Dear All

By way of introduction I am an IP lawyer and partner in a corporate law firm based in Dublin, Ireland and was formerly in private practice in Australia. My practice has a particular focus on trade mark law and domain names and I am currently a member of INTA's Internet Committee and a past Chair of its Emerging Issues Committee. I have been a domain name dispute resolution panellist with WIPO since 2001 and with the Czech Arbitration Court since inception. I counsel and represent parties in domain name disputes and have contributed a chapter to Oxford University Press's publication "Domain Name Law and Practice: An International Handbook".

I look forward to participating in this working group.

Kind regards

Alistair Payne
