It probably makes sense for me to point out that no member, officer or
councilor of the IPC speaks for the IPC on this list, unless expressly
stated otherwise.  This includes me (though I have not noted the capacity
in which I was speaking).  It's always a good idea for those who wear
several hats to be transparent about which one they're wearing at a given
time.
