Ill bite here.  

Answer:  0 (zero).  Sunrise is not fit for its original purpose.  Few legitimate trademarks are being submitted.  There is evidence of abuse in sunrise registrations.  More importantly, the notice process seems more than sufficient to address the legitimate concerns.
