[gnso-rpm-wg] PLEASE READ: Changing the rotational times for some RPM Working Group calls

I would Love to have it any day EXCEPT Wednesdays. It conflicts with a client who holds conference calls at that exact date/time. 

As a result I have not been able to participate.
