[gnso-rpm-wg] Availability of Court for Domain Name owners challenging a URS decision -- false assumption?

Just a quick followup. In the web archives for the email I just sent
to the mailing list, responding to Claudio,

http://mm.icann.org/pipermail/gnso-rpm-wg/2017-November/002591.html

two of the paragraphs that I wrote:

> From the perspective of a TM holder, the domain name registrant is an
> alleged cybersquatter. From the perspective of a domain name
> registrant, the TM holder is an alleged reverse domain name hijacker.

are prefaced with a ">" symbol, making it look as if I was quoting Claudio.

Those two paragraphs are my own words, not Claudio's. I'm looking at
exactly what I wrote, on my screen, and those 2 symbols do not appear
in my original email! I took a screenshot, and it's attached.

Very weird. Something might be broken in how our emails are being
parsed when they're being converted to appear on the ICANN web
archive.

Sincerely,
