Please see below the action items and the links to the wiki agenda pages for RPM PDP Working Group sessions 1-4 at ICANN61.  The action items and notes, along with the transcripts, also are posted to these pages.  Action items also will be sent to the relevant Sub Team lists.

 

2018-03-10 RPM PDP WG Session #1: https://community.icann.org/x/wQu8B 

Action Item 1 – URS Providers Sub Team: Update the Consolidated Questions for URS Providers based on the discussion during the meeting.

Action Item 2 – URS Documents Sub Team: Update the Consolidated URS Discussion Document based on the discussion during the meeting.

Action Item 1 -- Information from Jon Nevitt, Donuts: Review information obtained from Donuts during ICANN61.

Action Item 2 -- Need for Data in relation to the Additional Marketplace RPMs: Start next meeting with Question 2 re: what information on the aspects of the operation of the TMCH is available and where can it be found: 1) Include this with questions to the TMCH, along with other questions from Berry.  But this needs to be rephrased.  2) Start with this at the next meeting.  Have as reference what we have previously asked them and links to related materials.

Action Item 1: RPM PDP Working Group:

a. Selection of a Co-Chair: Staff will send a reminder to the WG that the co-chair vacancy left by J Scott remains open and if someone wishes to self-nominate, or if a group of WG members wishes to nominate someone, they should advise us.

b. Re: Staff will follow up on proposals relating to URS and Phase 2, impact of GDPR on URS and UDRP, and additional work needed to help the selected survey provider prepare the data survey on TMCH and Sunrise.

Action Item 2. URS Practitioners Sub Team: Finalize the questions and list of practitioners.  Specifically:

a. Edit the questions to be more concise.  Use radio buttons, etc.  Use an online survey.

b. Think about a light version of the survey – such as the 10 most important questions.

 

2018-03-15 RPM PDP WG Session #4: https://community.icann.org/x/xQu8B 

Action Item re: Presentation from and dialogue with the three URS providers (FORUM, MFSD, ADNDRC): The Providers Sub Team will consider the answers from RPM providers and any subsequent adjustments to the list of questions for providers.
