Hi Paul,

Sorry for the difficulty. It resolves for me at: https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/correspondence.

I also tried it in a different browser and it resolved.  But, I will note I had to cut and paste it.  If I clicked the link then it didn’t resolve.  I don’t know why.
