where I am responsible for legal issues related to trademarks, copyright, domains and marketing. Prior to joining Adobe, I served as Global Brand Counsel for Yahoo! Inc. I also served as one of the members of the five member small drafting team that finalized
the drafting of the UDRP and the Rule of Procedure for the UDRP back in 1998. In 2009, I served as a member of the Implementation Recommendation Team tasked with developing RPMs for the launch of new gTLDs. I have chaired the Working Group Guidelines working
