    I think there is a good balance here, despite your concerns:<br>
    If as you say, represents business interests with an IP focus, Kathy
    represents users of domain names and Phil presents owners of domain
    names, there is no real overlap here, and even if there were, the
    leaderships role is a neutral one and one&#39;s own position should not
    influence the work, wouldn&#39;t you agree?<br>

    While having a leadership position filled by the CPH may be
    desirable, there has been no nomination or volunteer that would fit
    that slot, AFAIK. <br>
