respect to the PDDRP (both substantive and procedural) should be maintained unless there is a good reason to change it. By good reason I mean that it should be the burden of those requesting a change to show good cause as to why it should be changed. Good
reason should be supported by evidence".) Staff to work with Jeff to compile the documents available, including prior legal analysis by ICANN. WG members to send in additional materials for staff compilation.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
