<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:.5in"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">To prevail in a Sunrise dispute under this Policy, a Complainant must prove by clear and convincing evidence that any of the following grounds apply:</span><o:p></o:p></p>

the decision of the Panellist.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:.5in"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">The available remedies may include, but are not limited to: [i] revocation or cancellation of the disputed domain name(s) or DPML block without refund
of any registration or related fees; or [ii] transfer of the disputed domain name(s) to the Complainant, provided that the Complainant agrees to the same terms as required for registration in the relevant TLD.</span><o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Perhaps adding some criteria along these lines to the existing SDRP challenge process (which already incorporates the “proof of use” concept) could address the concerns raised
about TMCH/Sunrise gaming.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
