in September 2017. The Council resolution approving that request expressly includes a further request that an initial update be provided by the Working Group co-chairs by December 2017 (this took place at the Council’s December 2017 meeting), with monthly
written reports thereafter.</span></p>

the Sunrise and Trademark Claims RPMs. You may recall that the Council’s approval also expressly requested monthly reports beginning in January 2018. As the Request for Proposal was issued at the end of January, with interested potential vendors beginning
to engage in February, the report consolidates the January and February activities. It also includes the full RFP timeline.</span></span></p>
