<p>Mary may be traveling, so let me give this one a try. We are
meeting with Council (RPM Co-Chairs and SubPro Co-Chairs and
perhaps other Co-Chairs) this Sunday to discuss timelines,
progress so far, expected dates for reports, etc. That's when we
expect reaction to these postings may come. In the meantime, we
expect most people are traveling. <br>

collection effort that the Council approved in September
2017. The Council resolution approving that request
expressly includes a further request that an initial
update be provided by the Working Group co-chairs by
December 2017 (this took place at the Council’s December
2017 meeting), with monthly written reports thereafter.</span></p>

reports beginning in January 2018. As the Request for
Proposal was issued at the end of January, with
interested potential vendors beginning to engage in
February, the report consolidates the January and
February activities. It also includes the full RFP
