<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">After careful consideration of all input and feedback received during the meeting last week and on the mailing lists, the Providers Sub Team vetted and reached agreement on the final questions contained on
the consolidated list. We greatly appreciate the time and hard work from the Providers Sub Team, and also thank you all for your very timely and thoughtful comments.
