<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">At the meeting on 17 April the Sub Team discussed tentative preliminary recommendations with respect to question 4(a), (b), (c), and (d) with related individual proposal #11. In addition, per the action item from the 03 April meeting, staff provided draft language for preliminary recommendations for which proposals have been discussed. Also, per the action from the 17 April meeting, staff have started separate discussion threads
on the Sub Team email distribution list on question 3 (including Proposals #10 & #11) and question 4.
