<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;color:black">An action item from the Working Group meeting of 6 August was for staff to work with Rebecca and Paul Tattersfield to refine draft text for an agreed recommendation concerning the scope of marks
to be accepted into the Trademark Clearinghouse (TMCH). The text was to include clarifications as to the continued availability of ancillary services for other signs (such as geographical indications) that would, however, not be eligible for the mandatory
RPMs (Sunrise and Trademark Claims).<o:p></o:p></span></p>
