leadership and navigated our group through some contentious and challenging episodes, and to all of the WG members who participated in 4.5 years worth of weekly calls, team meetings, and information gathering efforts despite the sometimes heated nature of
our debates. As for me, I have learned a great deal from this experience and am grateful for that.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
