  Marika Konings:Also note that the motion and document deadline for the Dec meeting is 11 December.

  Erika Mann:Berry Agree and thank you for quickly updating me
  Marika Konings:They recently made some updates to their charter (SOP) to allow for participation by others, I believe.
  Erika Mann:Are the obligations described?
  Marika Konings:@Berry - should this charter be put in the formal charter template to make sure all aspects of the committees work are covered?
  Marika Konings:One of the issues the group may want to consider is whether there needs to be a requirement for participation by the different SG/Cs or whether this is on a voluntary basis (also per Donna's question, as Berry notes)
  Marika Konings:for example, the GNSO Review WG has an appointed member from each SG/C to ensure that everyone is at least in the loop, even if not everyone will participate in every single meeting
  Marika Konings:if the group cannot be formally formed by December, the hope is that the Council would at least agree to have those interested to start informally working on the possible comments on the draft FY19 ICANN budget
  Marika Konings:as otherwise the timeframe may become very short
  Erika Mann:Wednesday is okay
  Marika Konings:@Berry - the decision making section should probably use the term 'consensus' instead of agreement as that is at least a defined term under the GNSO Working Group Guidlines?
  Marika Konings:Also, maybe it is worth putting forward a couple of options with regards to membership as well as decision-making, borrowing from other similar groups?
  Erika Mann:@Berry, I asked whether we have a section about 'obligations'?
