Thank you for allowing me to observe the call today. I want to reiterate what Berry indicated, that our attendance only has the purpose of helping and in support of your deliberations as you are creating this standing committee.
The engagement of the GNSO Council on planning and budgeting matters is fundamentally useful, and has now become necessary, to assume the responsibility of the community powers that exist under the new bylaws. It will become further and further useful as ICANN matures in its ability to prioritize its activities within its strategic plan, which the ICANN community needs to be continuously part of.
We are happy to facilitate your work in any way we can.
