My sincere apologies for the delay in putting this together. Please find attached a first draft of a proposed comment on the Reserve Fund replenishment strategy, which we can discuss further and wordsmith on our call on Monday.

I apologise that I was not able to integrate more of the comments received on this list into this statement. I think there is only a very limited space where the GNSO Council might be able to reach an agreement, so I've tried to keep our statement very high-level.
