[Gnso-sc-budget] Work Plan for Review of FY20 Operating Plan and Budget

Dear all,

In light of the postponement in the publication of the proposed FY20 Operating Plan and Budget, I would like to suggest the following work plan for our review of these documents.

Next call: Monday, 7 January at 13:00 UTC - 60 minutes

Ahead of this call please review all of the documents published on 17 December and, if time permits, share highlights or concerns ahead of time on our mailing list.

On this call we will 1) clarify and agree on a timeline for the development of our comment, 2) review the key activities and projects document to understand any implications for the GNSO, and 3) allow any concerns already identified in the Budget which have implications for the GNSO to be raised and, if possible, seek immediate clarification from the Finance team.

Our future calls will be on 14 and 21 January at 13:00 UTC. A draft comment will be available for the 14 January call based upon issues raised on our list and the 7 January call, and I will suggest we wordsmith it live on this call to shape its substance.
