Just a thought-

Might it be appropriate for the SCBO to comment on the need for ICANN to assess the effectiveness of the fellowship programme in our comments on the FY19 Budget? At a high level, the bullet points that Michele has suggested the Council feed back through the current consultation on the fellowship programme I think could also be relevant to our review of the proposed FY19 expenditure.
