AC chat for which we did not have time to address.  Could you provide a
response at your earliest convenience?

 

I recall the context during the summary presentation when it was mentioned
in the draft FY19 ICANN Budget where funding growth is stagnating and in
response, expenses were being adjusted to avoid exceeding funding targets.

 

Stephanie Perrin: if funding actually decreases, is there sufficient flex
for risk management?

Stephanie Perrin: Perhaps someone could read our questions?  I am wondering
how the reserve is doing....

Stephanie Perrin: Just in case revenue growth continues to fall
