Please find below our agenda for the 12 Feb. 2018 SCBO call at 14:00 UTC.
The call is scheduled for 60 minutes.

 

1)      Administrative Matters

a.       Introduction of SCBO SMEs

2)      Confirm process and timeline for submitting draft comment to the
GNSO Council & Approval process

a.       Due date - 8 March 2018

3)      Continue formulating draft comments for the GNSO Council

a.       Review draft comment doc (attached v0.2 Word)**

b.      Collaboration with SG/C SMEs 

4)      AOB / Next meeting - 19 February at 14:00 UTC

 

** I've attached the latest version of the draft of comments that includes
most suggestions from the list.  As mentioned prior, please send suggestions
to the list via email for smaller comments or feel free to edit the Word
doc, and I will incorporate your changes into the master.

 

PS: I'm still working on the summary of pertinent items to assist with your
review of the budget documents.  I hope to make it available to you
tomorrow.  My apologies for the delay.
