Thanks, Xavier-

Are these the only options that ICANN is giving serious consideration to? I ask because I have heard two other ideas mentioned (within the community):

- That ICANN may take funds from the New gTLD Auction Proceeds fund, or
- Raise fees on registries and registrars.

This is not to say that I necessarily support either of these ideas; I am just wondering if they are options that ICANN is seriously evaluating at this time?
