The Registrar Stakeholder Group comment is embedded within the text of the email, and is not attached. The attachment is the HTML formatting etc as the mailing list software displays messages received as plain text. However, the Registries Stakeholder Group comment was attached, so I've downloaded the PDF and attached it this email. I hope this is helpful!
