[Gnso-sc-budget] Draft of Public Comment - Timeline

Thank you very much for preparing this, Berry.

My one concern is that Councillors may be offline on 7 March, be that because they are traveling to San Juan, or preparing to travel. However, provided we adhere to our other deadlines and make this timeline for input clear, hopefully this will not be an issue.

This timeline otherwise looks good to me.
