Thanks for your close review of the draft comment, Jimson, and for sharing your input.
My personal perspective is that we should encourage the replenishment of the Reserve Fund in our comment, as that is consistent with the Council's past comments on this topic, but I believe we could remain silent on precisely where the resources come from to do this. However this is something we can discuss as a Standing Committee on today's call.
