[Gnso-sc-budget] Google Doc Link to Draft of Comments

Has the google doc link changed? The version I get to when I follow the link now doesn’t seem to have any of the comments that were there yesterday / last night.
Of course I could be looking at the wrong thing

Thanks so much for joining today's call. It was great to have such a large turn out.

Just a reminder that we'll be submitting a working draft of our comment on the FY19 Budget to the GNSO Council shortly. There is still time to review the product; Berry has kindly uploaded our comment into Google Docs and the link is below.

Please take a look over it and, if it isn't too late in your time zone, please feel free to make some last-minute edits to it. Thank you!
