I just went to the existing one:

and made a couple of suggested changes, including reflecting one from the call yesterday (regarding comparison to other SO & ACs).

 

Will continue to review the entire document.

Has the google doc link changed? The version I get to when I follow the link now doesn’t seem to have any of the comments that were there yesterday / last night.

Of course I could be looking at the wrong thing
