[Gnso-sc-budget] Discussion question: What support is needed to help Council & GNSO to deliver on its policy development responsibilities?

Thanks very much, Ayden, for keeping this important question on the radar.
The one thing that concerns me is that we have adequate policy staff
support, both at ICANN meetings and in our day-to-day work. If there's one
area that's mission critical to GNSO in the FY19 budget, it's the cuts to
policy support staff meeting attendance.
Best wishes,
Heather
