[Gnso-sc-budget] 32 hours to get our next draft ready

Dear all,

Just a friendly reminder that we have 32 hours to go until we need to get the next draft of our comment on the FY19 Budget through to the GNSO Council mailing list.

As a matter of priority could you [please review the Google Doc](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1_nHcEqywxlkoChuUlUorK2BcRrF7mvn-fl-lNJNOrag/edit?usp=sharing) and make suggested edits. Berry has kindly offered to listen to the recording of our call to make sure that all relevant comments have been captured in the new draft.

If you could also try to ascertain your stakeholder group / constituency's comfort levels with the contents, and flag any possible areas of concern, that would be appreciated. We are hoping to put forward a new draft of our comment that will be broadly acceptable to everyone.
