Hi Michele,

We discussed this briefly towards the end of our call yesterday, and the difficulty that we have is it is hard to project concretely what resources we might need and how much they would cost. I agree that we run the risk here of being unsatisfied with the resources ultimately allocated, if they are insufficient, but at least on our call yesterday no one was prepared to put a figure down as to what we're likely to need in FY19. So I suggest leaving the wording open to interpretation for now, but if anyone has any suggestions as to what we need, we might be able to rework this...

I'll send the next draft of our comment on the FY19 Budget to the Council mailing list shortly; pending comments received, we will have one more attempt to get the wording final...
