Dear SCBO colleagues,

Berry: May I trouble you please to include the email exchange with Giovanni
Seppia on the SCBO's agenda for next week's meeting?

SCBO members: One of our primary responsibilities within the EC is this
input into the annual budget, so we need to give the FY19 budget its due
proper consideration. Xavier Calvez CFO will join the start of the call to
take questions and kick off the discussions. We MUST avoid the situation of
the last call, which was cancelled I was the only Councillor who attended.
I plan to be on next week's call, but again, primarily to listen in on the
group's discussions (and at 1am local time, so I might not be as sharp as I
might otherwise like) to inform my role as GNSO Rep to the EC.

My apology for the previous mail which I should have not sent you as it
relates to another matter (still a gNSO working group).

I am writing you in my capacity as Chair of the ccNSO Strategy and
Operating Plan Committee. When reviewing the Committee charter in Q4 2017,
it was decided to foresee the appointment of liaisons with other
constituencies that may have similar working group/committees.

I understand that you are the Chair of the gNSO Committee that provides
feedback to the ICANN Strategy, Operating Plan and Budget.

Please let me know if the gNSO might be interested in appointing a liaison
to the ccNSO SOP Committee and, if so, if you like to schedule a call to
move forward.
