[Gnso-sc-budget] ccNSO SOP Committee

Dear Giovanni,

Following up on our earlier email exchange, the GNSO's Standing Committee
on Budget and Operations has just met and discussed your suggestion of
linking the GNSO and ccNSO budget committees. Our standing committee is
just getting started, but once it establishes how it will operate, the
group will be in a better position to suggest how best we can link to the
ccNSO. In short, we will be in touch shortly with a more detailed reply.
