[Gnso-sc-budget] Call next week - should we postpone?

Hi All,

Please let us know ASAP if you wish to cancel the call so that we can remove it from the VZ schedule.  The only agenda item for the SCBO is to review its charter, discuss lessons learned from comment submissions for the Council, and develop a summary report for the Council to consider.
