[Gnso-sc-budget] Call next week - should we postpone?

The most burning issue I am pondering at the moment is, where is the 
money for the EPDP coming from and how much can we get?  DOubt that is 
useful for us to discuss on this committee this monday, but perhaps 
others have different views.
