[Gnso-sc-budget] Apologies - I cannot join our call

Hi all

Apologies; I cannot join our call in 20 minutes time, as both of my flights today have been delayed and I’m in transit as we speak...

I have tried to reach out to a few people off list to see if anyone can Chair the call but have not heard back just yet. I hope someone will be able to and my apologies for my late absence here.

My suggestion would be to do in-room polls of the 4 questions I sent to the list and to go with the group consensus there. In the latest google doc Stephanie added some useful comments; I hope they can be debated on the call.

I will catch up on the recording tonight and work towards preparing the final draft for the Council list based on the group consensus today.
