Unfortunately I cannot log in to my usual email account at the moment, as

Because I cannot log in to my email, I cannot see if any further messages
have been sent to me off-list, however I have reviewed the list archives
<https://mm.icann.org/pipermail/gnso-sc-budget/2018-March/date.html> and
see one message from Michele supporting the removal from our comment of the
bullet point on reserve fund replenishment.

Given this, I will attempt to communicate to the Council now that the
members of the SCBO have raised "no objections" to this edit from the
Contracted Parties House, and I will ask if Berry could please send through
the attached comment for submission today to ICANN.

The only edits to the attached file are the removal of the 'draft'
watermark, and the removal of the bullet point on reserve fund
replenishment.

Thanks again for your assistance in developing this comment, and wishing
you safe travels to San Juan if you will be attending ICANN 61.
