[Gnso-sc-budget] Draft FY20 IANA/PTI Budget - Council Comments

Dear all,

Please find attached some suggested edits to our proposed comment on the FY20 IANA/PTI budget. Please can you review this as a matter of priority. We need to submit our comments to the GNSO Council by close of business tomorrow in order to provide the Council with sufficient time to consider our remarks by the input deadline of 12 November.
