As a refresher, the SCBO did prepare a comment last year on the PTI and IANA budget.  Links and the final comment submitted by the Council are listed on the wiki page: https://community.icann.org/display/GCSCOIBOP/2017-11%3A+Draft+PTI+and+IANA+FY19+Operating+Plans+and+Budgets 

 

Also note, that a motion will be submitted next week whereby the Council reviewed the SCBO report and will formally adopt the charter to make the SCBO an on-going standing committee.  Thus far, no questions or feedback has been received on the report or charter.

A new public comment opportunity has opened on the draft Public Technical Identifiers Operating Plan and Budget, and the draft Internet Assigned Numbers Authority Operating Plan and Budget, for fiscal year 2020.

I will seek advice from the leadership of the GNSO Council as to whether we should begin work on a draft response to this issue; if the answer is yes, I will come back to this list with a suggested workplan for our consideration.
